We are pleased to announce Idaho State University will continue our longstanding tradition of summer hours for employees. To support employees in fully enjoying the summer season, the University’s business office hours will shift to Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break, beginning on Monday, May 6. Summer hours apply to telework and on-campus working arrangements. Standard office hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break, will resume on Monday, August 5, 2024.
Managers are encouraged to use flexibility and creativity in determining the best schedule for their operations. Management at all campus locations should consult with their respective vice presidents, where needed, if alternate schedules might be better suited to meet the needs of students or their specific operational needs.
As a reminder, Idaho State University will be closed for the following holidays:
- Memorial Day - Monday, May 27,
- Juneteenth - Wednesday, June 19,
- Independence Day - Thursday, July 4.
