Dear Cathedral Community,
Phase I of our Conflict Transformation work with Susan Czolgosz is now complete. Susan has completed one-on-one interviews with a representative group of twenty-five parishioners and staff and has prepared a summary document of her findings which we are now sharing with you. To view the summary please click here.
We are grateful to each of the 154 individuals who responded to the Congregational Assessment Tool (CAT) survey in December and to the 25 persons who agreed to be interviewed in the past two weeks.
We are thankful for Susan’s investment of time and effort in conducting the individual meetings and preparing a thoughtful and inspiring summary for us to share and reflect on.
We urge you to read and study Susan’s report. If you have signed up for one of the initial Phase II workshops, it will be very helpful to study the report in advance of the workshop. If you have not yet signed up for a workshop, we hope that the report will inspire you to sign up for one.
There are still a few openings in this month’s workshops. The signup is available here. Additional workshops will be offered later in June.
If you need assistance signing up, please contact parish administrator Avery Levesque-Schott by email or phone (207)-772-5434 and he will gladly assist you.
May God bless our work together,
Sam Allen, Senior Warden & The Reverend George Stevens, Interim Dean
