Thank you to all 300 attendees of the 2024 FAFP Virtual Family Medicine Summer Forum, presented from July 12-13! We hope that this Virtual learning experience was as enjoyable and worthwhile for you as it was for the FAFP leadership & staff.


As a reminder, if you have not done so already, please claim your CME credits by completing and submitting your evaluation no later than September 14, 2024. CME credits earned from the meeting will be reported to AAFP and CE Broker within 30 days, provided you have completed and successfully submitted the evaluation. Please do not report your credits to AAFP/CEBroker as this delays the process in proper reporting to the state.

Earn Your ABFM MOC Credits - Register Now for Stand-Alone, Virtual KSA: Diabetes

Registration is open for the stand-alone FAFP Virtual ABFM KSA Study Group: Diabetes that will be presented via Zoom on Thursday, August 8, 2024 from 6:30pm-9:00pm EST. Fulfill your ABFM MOC requirements and CLICK HERE to register today.

 

You will earn 10 certification points and 8 enduring (not live) CME credits after successful completion of each KSA; ABFM will award these certification points and enduring CME credits. The registration deadline is Monday, August 5, 2024 at 11:59pm EST.
