We are excited to announce that Ronny Taylor has accepted the position as the new North Lanier Student Pastor. He and his wife Mary-Michael, along with their two daughters, will be moving from Texas to join us in Student Ministry. We hope to have them sometime in mid-January and we know you are as excited as we are about their arrival!

If you are going on either of the spring break mission trips, please be sure to turn in your application / forms by this Sunday. We need to know, officially, who is going on mission!

Tomorrow night, December 7, don't forget there's a Taco Dinner. Many of you have signed up to help. Don't worry about bringing any food, just come to serve. If you did not sign up, but want to help with this, or other fundraisers, email cherylbdozier@bellsouth.net. Also, if you want to verify that you have signed up, please email Cheryl.

There's also an opportunity to sell cheesecakes through Chick-Fil-A over the holidays. If you are interested in helping with this, please email csbryant1@yahoo.com.

Don't forget, the best way to raise money for your mission trips is through support letters. You should be sending those letters out now!

All students, 6-12 grades, are invited to join us on Sunday, December 18 from 6- 9:30 p.m. Bring a "White Elephant" gift that cost you little or no money. It can be a gift that someone else MIGHT or MIGHT NOT want. Also, stay and watch the movie "Elf" with us (rated PG).
