Follow these guidelines below to Order Supplies!
1. Complete an Activity Report for a past event or a future event.
Future events can be reported as Planning (PLN).
2. Request what supplies you need.
Provide as much detail as possible on the event and include any justification if ordering more supplies than the number of people involved.
3. Allow at least 3 weeks for the order to be processed and delivered.
Shipping may not be available for large or bulky orders. A Stream Team staff member will contact you if we need to coordinate a pick-up of supplies.
