Every year, a select group of organizations works with dedicated Leadership Action Project (LAP) teams on strategic, short-term projects to advance their mission. These projects not only provide each organization selected with invaluable support but also serve as a learning lab for the CBB class members to exercise newly learned collaborative leadership skills.
This can include researching and/or determining a new strategic path, implementing a new initiative, or revising existing policies and structures.
