In March's board meeting, Big Sky Community Housing Trust leaders settled on three programs to prioritize in 2021 to create more homes for our workforce: continue to develop new homes, convert vacation rentals, and loan funds to local buyers.

To date, BSCHT has developed 52 condominiums and added 11 long-term rental units to serve 127 adults and children living in Big Sky.
