Re: Mulch

Leo, Jr will begin laying mulch on October 22nd and should be completed by October 29th. Below is a list of items that each homeowner should review.

• The colors available are coco brown or cypress. Red mulch and pine straw are only available if chosen last year. If red mulch and pine straw are exchanged out, you cannot switch back.
• By referring to our landscaping tab which is described as follows: ALL LANDSCAPING ISSUES INCLUDING COLLIER COUNTY MID ZONE NATIVE PLANT LIST, you can find the color used last year under the section marked, Mulch 2024.
• If you want to change mulch color, please contact Cliff at Leo Jr, by October 7th, at 239-986-1740.
• If you have any mulch areas which may be excessive, you can contact Cliff for a quote to have them raked out. Please advise by October 7th.
