Single Family Homeowners,

Starting the last week of May, we will be trimming all coconut palms. For safety purposes, as previously mentioned, coconut palms will be trimmed by Leo Jr. The trees trimmed last year can be found on our website, Coconut Palm Trimming, 2024 by street in the All Landscape Tab. All changes should be given to Cliff at Leo Jr and he can be reached at 239-986-1740. If Cliff does not receive a change, we will assume that last years totals are correct. Cliff will be contacting homeowners in November to discuss a second trimming.

The total trimming cost for coconut palms will be invoiced by Seacrest Southwest Properties on our quarterly statement.
