Wall Street CEO Circulated This Must-Read 10-Point Guide for Navigating This 'Confusing Period'
Richard Handler, the CEO of investment bank Jefferies (LUK), sent an incredible letter on Friday morning that everyone on Wall Street should read, especially in this time of uncertainty and market volatility.

Handler always begins each month by sending out a company-wide memo alongside Jefferies' chairman Brian Friedman offering some words of encouragement to the employees. The July 1 went out to not only the employees, but also clients, family, and friends.
