Living Tips:
Cancer Miracle
December’s are always hard for us… my father’s birthday was December 15th… We lost him to stage 4 melanoma cancer almost ten years ago. If I had known the information below back then, there is an excellent chance he might still be alive. I share this with you periodically - there is a cure for the worst stage 4 cancers including liver, brain, and pancreatic cancer. It’s natural, it’s real, it’s documented, no side effects… and it’s not cheap. However, it is only a fraction of the cost of the options my Dad had.

Email me at meg82159@aol.com and I will send the links to video testimonials and the doc’s contact info and introduce you. I receive no money or favors for this, just trying to help. And he wants no publicity.
Music Video of the month:
Sympathy for the Devil (Rolling Stones)
Arguably the Greatest Rock & Roll Band of all time… 50 years ago, with Brian Jones. Love Keith’s guitar solos in this version.
I was 'round when Jesus Christ
Had his moments of doubt and pain
Made damn sure that Pilate
Washed his hands and sealed his fate
Jokes of the Month
A new monk arrives at the monastery. He is assigned to help the other monks in copying the old texts by hand. He notices, however, that they are copying from copies, not from the original manuscripts. So, the new monk goes to the head monk to ask him about this. He points out that if there were an error in the first copy, that error would be continued in all the other copies. The head monk says, "We have been copying from the copies for centuries, but you make a good point, my son." So, he goes down into the cellar with one of the copies to check it against the original. Hours go by and nobody sees him. One of the monks goes downstairs to look for him. He hears sobbing coming from the back of the cellar and finds the old monk leaning over one of the original books crying. He asks the old monk what's wrong, and in a choked voice came the reply......"The word is 'celebrate'."

Recipe of the Month:
Cheesy Monterey Chicken
Let BBQ sauce, cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and green onions elevate your boring, everyday chicken breast into something seriously tasty. You won't be sorry you tried this Chili's copycat recipe and the prep is so easy. It takes just 30 minutes to make and serves 4!

INGREDIENTS
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oi
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded cheese blend, we like monterey or colby jack
4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup green onions

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until done. Cook time may vary depending on the thickness of your chicken.

Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over each chicken breast.

Place the pan in the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle the bacon, tomatoes, and green onions over the chicken and serve.
