Fusion of balance, strength, muscle isolation, skeletal alignment, movement, power, technique and form to music.

As a former principal ballerina & Pilates Master, I have developed Pilates Ballet to help everyone experience a workout that stimulates all your muscle fibers by utilizing brain power.

Re-educating neuro-pathways helps develop muscle memory that enables an ease of movement.

Pilates Ballet transforms your overall balance by learning how to use your muscles and your skeleton together.  The body is re-educated to its natural balance.  These classes are fun, challenging, approachable and musical.  Take advantage of these free classes and experience it for yourself.
