Nurturing Young Hearts: Sunday School & Nursery Volunteer Opportunity!

As we embark on a new year filled with hope and spiritual growth, we are reaching out to our beloved congregation with an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our youngest members. The Sunday School program plays a crucial role in shaping the spiritual foundation of our children, and we are in need of dedicated individuals who are willing to share their time and love as volunteers.

If you have a passion for inspiring young minds, fostering a sense of community, and contributing to the spiritual development of our children, we invite you to consider becoming a Sunday School volunteer. Your commitment, whether on a weekly or rotational basis, will not only enrich the lives of our children but will also contribute to the vibrant and nurturing environment we strive to create within our church community.

No prior teaching experience is required—just a willing heart, a positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference. Training and support will be provided to ensure you feel confident and equipped in guiding our young learners on their spiritual journey.

To express your interest or learn more about this fulfilling opportunity, please contact Kim Bowyer at 248-646-1200 or kbowyer@fumcbirmingham.org. We believe that, together, we can create an environment where our children feel the love of God and experience the joy of learning in a welcoming and supportive Sunday School community.
