How would you describe your role in three words?

Engaging. Creative. Organized.

Who has been a significant mentor or role model for you in your career?

I've had many valuable mentors, but my mom stands out. As a successful business owner in a male-dominated field, she built her success from the ground up. Her resilience and choice-driven approach are truly inspiring.

What's the most challenging aspect of your job, and how do you overcome it?

The biggest challenge is adapting to varied communication styles and remote work dynamics. I address this by understanding and accommodating each person's preferred communication method.

How do you stay updated and continue learning in your field?

I invest an hour daily in continuing education through Google and Coursera. I'm currently working towards my Certified Healthcare IS Security Practitioner (CHISSP) certification.

What is your favorite part of your position?

I enjoy the creative aspects and the opportunity to develop marketing skills. Planning and organizing events is also a highlight of my job!
