Stay Balanced in Retirement

May 8th here at CTK from 6 pm.

Let's address the obvious, falls happen. They are not inevitable however, so let's focus on how to build our balance to avoid them and be more resilient if a fall were to happen. Join Dr. Moira Martin of Lake Country Health Center as she discusses ways to improve our balance, build strength, and have confidence as we age. We do have control over our bodies after we retire, let's take advantage of it!

You’re Invited to All God’s Children Preschool Spring Open House. Enjoy coffee and treats as you visited our amazing space. Tour our classrooms, meet our teaching staff and see what makes All God Children an awesome place to be.
