As the first PSB-CBT Learning Collaborative comes to an end, MACA wants to continue to provide support to agencies and clinicians providing services to youth with Problematic Sexual Behavior. Check out the newsletter we’ve put together below to help keep you and your agency up to date on PSB resources and upcoming events.

We are also pleased to announce a second year of support from the MA Child Sexual Prevention Task Force for a second LC. Watch for information coming soon!

Statewide PSB Consultation Calls

Join us for the Statewide PSB Consultation Calls on the

2nd Tuesday of each month from 12:00 - 1:00 PM!

The first call will be on Tuesday, September 14th at 12:00PM. Clinicians and Senior Leaders are invited to this kick off call to hear from MACA's Executive Director, Tom King, on MACA's next steps for the Statewide PSB Initiative and each agency will be invited to share updates and current successes or challenges.

Southern Regional CAC's Children with Problematic Sexual Behavior: Recommendations for the Multidisciplinary Team and Children’s Advocacy Center Response

This paper discusses the development of an integrated response to PSB by child-serving professionals, with a focus on the work and training of multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs).

National Conversations to Join

The University of Oklahoma offers:

Quarterly PSB Clinical Consultation which occurs the first Friday every 3 months from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The next meeting is October 1st.
Bi-Monthly YPSB Journal Club which is offered the fourth Friday every 2 month.

The National Children's Alliance Youth with PSB Collaborative Workgroup:

The work group has develops resources, fact sheets, video training series, best practice guidance documents and webinars.
Meets the 2nd Monday of the month from 12:00-1:00 EST.
