Spring is just around the corner!

Below find links to the updated Statewide Contract Reference Guide and other news from the Operational Services Division (OSD). Please take a moment to look at the latest guide to familiarize yourself with all of OSD's offerings, including products and services to support your move into warmer weather - irrigation services, roofing services, and air conditioners, for example!

Consider using a Statewide Contract instead of going out to bid as we have more than 100 Statewide Contracts. If we don't have something you need, let us know.

Contact me if you have questions or if we may provide assistance.

Best regards,

Is Your Fuel Contract Coming Up for Renewal?
Many cities and towns use OSD's fuel contracts. Other communities, for a variety of reasons, have pursued different options and have contracts in place which are concluding in the next few months.

For those communities, we ask:

Why not give OSD the opportunity to compete for your business this time around?

OSD Procurement Schedule
As a public buyer, it's good to know what contracts are expiring, which may have been extended, and when new ones are planned.

On a monthly basis, OSD publishes a schedule that shows what procurement activity the state is planning. Easily find a link to the Procurement Schedule on the COMMBUYS.com home page.

Review the Procurement Schedule for details.
