Message from John Holden
Still the New Guy

It has been 13 months and I am still the New Guy.  I am so proud of our team's work over this past year and can't thank them enough for accepting me and coming together with the New Guy.  As you know by now, I am fascinated and enjoy learning about the nature of creativity and innovation-and apply it to our work.  It may not be all the creative-but do check our new LinkedIn page. We will use that more and more to share new ideas from Stafford and perhaps beyond that we may make use of here as we continue to challenge ourselves to answer the questions, What's Next? Stafford.

See below for some exciting news and let me be the first to share with you the creation of the Stafford Micro and Gap Loan Program.  Brought to you by the Stafford Economic Development Authority (EDA), this is one of only a handful of such financing options in the Commonwealth.  The idea is simple-we want to help support new business ideas and innovations, offering Micro Loans ($5,000-$25,000) for business that often self or credit card finance (at much higher rates).  We also want to help for those larger investments that may be just beyond to comfort level of the business commercial financier-we will work with the bank to help fill the "gap."  More information forthcoming.

What (else) is Next?  Stafford.
