Upcoming Events & News

St. Paul’s T-Shirts: If you would like to order a St. Paul’s t-shirt, they are $15 for S-XL and $20 XXL & above. The shirts are Heather Red; the front will have the Episcopal shield with ‘St. Paul’s Episcopal Church’. The back will say: ‘St. Paul’s welcomes all…and that means All Y’all!’. Deadline to place orders is August 1st. There is a signup sheet in the Narthex; Katie also has a signup sheet in her office as well.

Photos Needed: If you have any recent photos of church events- Shrimp dinner, potluck, etc., please email to the church office. We will use them in updating our church website. Thank you 🙂

You’re Invited: First Presbyterian Church will be making crochet plastic bag sleeping mats for the homeless by using Walmart bags. You are invited to come out every Monday at 10am in the Fellowship Hall at FPC; no need to bring supplies as they will be provided. Brenda Bittle will deliver these to those in need. If you’re interested in some insight as to how these are made, you can find a video on YouTube titled How To Make Plastic Bag Sleeping Mats (Where You Live).

Education for Ministry Fall 2024: Are you looking for an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Bible and personal spirituality in a small-group seminar? Education for Ministry (EfM) provides a structured format for weekly study and practice. Interested in learning more? Contact Brenda Bittle.

Coffee Hour: After the service, everyone is invited to the Parish House (two lefts at the bottom of the steps) for refreshments and fellowship. We promise you will still be able to beat the Baptists and Methodists to lunch afterwards.

Altar Flowers: The following dates are available for flowers: September 8th, October 20th & 27th, November 17th, 24th, and December 15th. Please contact Jo Cargill-Krug to reserve any of these dates.

Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-12pm. The office is closed on Wednesdays.
