World-renowned Irish Author and Podcast Host to Speak at Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church: The Wittenberg Author Series in partnership with the Anne McNair Kumpuris Project for Clergy Renewal is bringing Padraig O’Tuama, a world-renowned Irish author, to Little Rock for a book event Saturday, April 27th at Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church. O’ Tuama is a theologian, author, and conflict transformation practitioner — and he hosts the On Being Studios Podcast on NPR. He will be discussing his book "Being Here: Prayers for Curiosity, Justice and Love.” The book event will include a book discussion, reception, and book signing on Saturday from 7-9 pm at Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church on the corner of Mississippi and Evergreen. For free tickets or to get a signed book for $25 go to https://www.wordsworthbookstore.com/otuama on the Wordsworth Book Store website. Forward Day by Day: The May, June, and July issue of Forward Day by Day has arrived and will be available for you to pick up this Sunday in the Narthex and in the office during the week. We will also mail you a copy if you wish – please call or email Katie if you would like her to mail one to you.


Coffee Hour: After the service, everyone is invited to the Parish House (two lefts at the bottom of the steps) for refreshments and fellowship. We promise you will still be able to beat the Baptists and Methodists to lunch afterwards.

Altar Flowers: There are some upcoming Sundays in June that are available for flowers. Those dates are: June 2nd, 23rd, and 30th. Please contact Jo Cargill-Krug to reserve one of these dates.


Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-12pm. The office is closed on Wednesdays.
