Cana Night is back!

Friday, June 7th

6:00pm - 9:00pm

in Ramsay Hall

Cana Night is a wine tasting event with a competitive twist! The gist is simple...

Get a team together. The maximum number of members on a team is three.

Each team will bring three identical bottles of red wine to the event. One bottle will be put into a prize pot. The other two will be concealed in bags for blind tasting.

Enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres provided by local restaurants and taste as many wines as you like, voting on your favorite.

The team whose wine gets the most votes takes home the prize pot at the end of the night!

Team Member Ticket | $35 per person

This ticket type is for members of a team who will contribute three bottles of wine for the tasting. This ticket type gives you the ability to vote on your favorite wine and potentially win the prize pot!

Solo Ticket | $50 per person

This ticket type is for individuals who are not part of a team, not contributing bottles of wine, and just want to participate in the tasting.

Help us make Cana Night a success! We need about 15 volunteers for the evening, which include some specific tasks along with clean up after the event.

Sundays at 9:15am in Ramsay Hall

In this three-part series, Fr. Ben will guide us into the journeys of the Christian mystics.

Come along and join the conversation as we explore the treasures of the Christian Mystical Tradition and its application in our contemporary lives.

Episcopal 101 begins Tuesday, May 28th

Tuesdays at 6:00pm in Ramsay Hall

This three-part series provides instruction on the history, beliefs, and practices of the Episcopal Church.

Fr. Michael teaches this class twice a year. Although it's designed to help newcomers, the invitation is open to all who want to learn more about their faith and the Episcopal Church!

Basic Enneagram Workshop with Fr. Matt Woollett

Ramsay Hall on Friday, June 14th from 6:30pm - 9pm

Continuing Saturday, June 15th from 9am - 4pm

A holistic approach to spiritual growth, the Enneagram helps us recognize our gifts and the gifts of others. It also reveals traps that can turn these gifts into compulsions. This useful aid is a powerful “pair of glasses” that makes it possible to see others and ourselves with unique clarity.

Fr. Matt is a retired priest in the Episcopal Diocese of Western Louisiana, now actively involved in Interim ministry. A student of the Enneagram for many years, he first learned of it from Franciscan priest, Richard Rohr, OFM, at a clergy retreat in 1983. Fr. Matt trained at the Enneagram Institute, and offers presentations to clergy, churches and the community at large through workshops and continuing education classes.

This Basic Enneagram workshop is open to parishes in the Diocese of Western Louisiana and general public here in Lafayette. Registration is required. A fee of $25 provides for all materials, refreshments and lunch on Saturday.

Across The Diocese

Summer is right around the corner, and it’s not too late to sign your child up for an experience like no other at Louisiana’s premier Episcopal summer camp!

Selected as one of “America’s Best Summer Camps 2023” by Newsweek, Camp Hardtner isn’t just about games; it’s about making memories, finding joy, and discovering new things about yourself.

Campers will find an experience that will stick with them all year long and possibly for life. An experience of relationship, community, belonging, and self-worth–all built upon the foundation that God’s love surrounds us and transforms our lives.
