Free and Reduced Meals Application

Families who believe they qualify for the Free/Reduced Meal program will need to fill out our online application for approval. Our online application is the fastest way to qualify for the Free/Reduced Meal program. Families have to fill out an application every school year for their student(s) to receive benefits.

Click Here to Fill Out Our Online Application for the Free/Reduced Meal Program

If you would prefer to fill out a paper application, please return a completed form to Kelsey Warren at Springboro Central Office - 1685 S Main Street, Springboro, OH 45066.

If you are currently approved for the Free/Reduced Meal Program, you would have thirty (30) school days to submit a new application before your benefits expire from last school year.

Food Allergy/Special Dietary Needs Form

Does your student have a Food Allergy/Intolerance or Special Dietary needs?

New for the 2024/25 school year, we need you to fill out a Special Diet and Food Allergy Accommodation Form for any student that has a food allergy, special diet or needs a food substitution or accommodation within their school lunch. This does not need to be filled out annually, only when/if information changes. This is different from the Allergy Emergency Action Plan.

We do need this filled out EVEN if you have provided this information previously to your school nurse in another way, such as through registration gateway.

Please submit this form to either Kelsey Warren or your building clinic nurse.

Check out everything you need to know about this form and some FAQs HERE.

I Want to Communicate with My Child's Teacher

They want to communicate with you too! Teachers will set up their Google Classrooms, or Progress Book platforms once school starts. Please ask your student to show you where their assignments and due dates are posted. Should you have any questions, please call the front office and leave a message. You will receive a reply within 24 hours. The link to the district email directory is below. You are also welcome to send an email.

District Safety

As a district, we are committed to responding to any threat toward a safe school environment. We have a wonderful partnership with the City of Springboro and Clearcreek Township. Our District Crisis Team assesses safety protocols regularly, and we remain in constant communication, as needed, with our two (2) School Resource Officers (SROs), as well as the officers of the Springboro PD and Clearcreek Twp. Police Officers will continue to periodically walk through our school buildings, along with our full-time SROs, throughout the school year.

Student Safety Reporting

If you believe your child is being bullied, harassed, or you suspect any type of suspicious behavior, contact your child’s principal, or report the incident through our Student Safety Reporting System.
