AFP Ottawa Mentorship Program
What do all successful fundraisers have in common? They had good mentors!
Throughout our careers, we could all use a little guidance and support, and the AFP Ottawa Chapter wants to provide this opportunity for our Members via our FREE Mentorship Program.
For those of you who are just starting out, or who are a bit more experienced but are missing that leader in your life… What are you looking for in a mentor? Is it management, networking abilities, industry knowledge?
Mentors, this is your chance to give back! What are you looking for in a protégé? A partner, a student, or maybe just someone with fresh ideas?

Every Member Campaign
The AFP Foundation for Philanthropy - Canada was created in 1998 to help fulfill the mission of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), by advancing philanthropy through education, advocacy and training in Canada.
The AFP Canadian Foundation works to:
- Ensure the advancement of philanthropy by supporting AFP's mission and goals in Canada.
- Seek, receive and expend philanthropic funds on AFP's behalf.
- Engage in related activities required to fulfill its purposes and mission.
Your donation to the Every Member Campaign of the Foundation helps in that work but also helps at the chapter level by offering bursaries to attend fundraising day, enhancing the resources available to AFP Ottawa chapter members through our lending library and CFRE study program.
