For this new Senior Living Campus, Landform's team of civil engineers, planners, landscape architects, and land surveyors focused the campus program and design around two primary drivers: the beautiful natural environment of the existing site and a senior user group with active lifestyles.
Not only do we offer drone photography services but video footage as well. Our FAA Part 107 certified Drone Operations Team can fly our drones around your site, with the ability to create seamless videos and a time-lapse of your project. This is valuable for the aesthetics and allows your company & clients to see the project's progression through real-time, high definition photography.

The Survey Department Lead is a licensed land surveyor responsible for coordinating the entire Land Survey Department and Aerial Operations Team.
Day-to-day tasks will include distributing and managing projects and providing guidance and review to other project managers. Primary duties will be reviewing and signing surveys and plats.

Touyia L. has joined the Landform team as a Designer in our Residential Design Studio.
He is a self-motivated EIT certified civil engineer with progressive experience in providing detailed analysis of engineering data and managing projects from preliminary to final plan approval.
Touyia is fluent in Hmong and English, enjoys playing basketball and tennis with friends, and loves Thai curry.

Nicholas O. has joined the Landform team as a Planner in our Planning and Urban Design Studio.
Originally from Ontario, Canada, Nicholas brings a wealth of experience in urban planning, economic development, and GIS programs.
Nicholas is fluent in English and French and enjoys coaching youth soccer, biking, photography, playing the violin, bread making, skiing, and wilderness camping.

Our very own Office Lead, Betty, shares a family tradition she and her sons do on Mother's Day.
Mother's Day has changed since my youngest son, Tanner, moved to Texas in 2019.
But traditionally, both boys (Trenten and Tanner) would take me to Nelson Nursery in Zimmerman and let me pick out flowers, trees, or plants and then plant them for me.
We always went somewhere special for dinner, or they would cook me dinner. Both of my sons are great chefs!
