Medical Equipment
Knee Scooters and Wheelchairs Needed
Medical Equipment Closet
Loans and Donations
Do you have a "Mayhem" in your home? Then maybe you need to prepare for an upcoming medical procedure or maybe you have extra medical equipment from the last procedure cluttering up your home. Either way, we can help!
The Medical Equipment closet at the Needham Community Council has been seeing a lot of activity lately and we could use your help in building our inventory. Currently, we need more knee scooters and wheelchairs. If you have these items and they are in excellent condition, please consider donating them to our program and help your neighbors. Please bring them to our office at 570 Hillside Avenue, M-F, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Thank you and we hope you avoid Mayhem but, if you can't - we are here for you!

Food Pantry Feels the Pinch
"Sticker Shock" is not just reserved for car shopping. These days, a glance at your supermarket receipt can stop you in your tracks; especially if you have fruits and veggies on your list.

Gas and food prices continue to rise and our food pantry customers are feeling the impact.
The Community Council food pantry mantra is "Fresh First". We are dedicated to providing fresh, quality, nutritious foods for our community, but that comes at a hefty price. You don't even need to put your readers on to see in the chart above, that the green "fresh produce" bill makes up more than 40% of our pantry bill!

How can you help? A financial gift to the food pantry remains the best way to reach and serve those in need in Needham. Make a gift today!
