HELP US ADVOCATE FOR WOLVES!
We recognize that you likely receive several requests every week from various worthy organizations asking for money and your money can only be stretched so far.

The National Wolfwatcher Coalition is different.  We have no membership dues; we never sell our mailing lists; we never call you and we do not send you pleas in the mail.

We depends solely on the sale of merchandise and your generous donations for our organizational operations.

We have once again partnered with FLOAT.  They have designed a shirt specifically for us "Fear Makes the Wolf Bigger".

This week only, we will receive $8 for every shirt sold. It is a win for you; a win for us and a win for wolves.  These  shirts are available in a variety of styles.
WHAT WE DO!
The National Wolfwatcher Coalition is an all volunteer organization. Every month, volunteers around the country, spend hundreds of hours writing comments, submitting letters to newspapers, educating visitors at Yellowstone National Park, attending
meetings, monitoring and posting to Facebook and other social media, marketing, responding to inquiries, giving presentations and assorted other duties.

We do not maintain a facility.  We each work out of our homes keeping overhead very low.

But we do have expenses including the maintenance and hosting of our website and the maintenance of our store.  Along with paying a webmaster, we also pay a financial manager to oversee our records.

Our logo is now a registered trademark.  As part of a coalition, we also support our partner organizations and sponsor films and other events.  There are several Upcoming Events posted.  If you have an event to share, send the details to info@wolfwatcher.org
Our mission:
We 'educate, advocate, and participate' for the long term recovery and preservation of wolves based on the best available science and the principles of democracy.  We:
  1. Educate the public about the important role that wolves play in maintaining healthy ecosystems
  2. Inform the public about challenges to wolf recovery
  3. Support measures that promote peaceful coexistence with wolves on the landscape
  4. Educate the public about the issues in all regions and ways it can effectively participate in the democratic process to promote science-based decision-making about wolves.
All donations, no matter the amount, will be appreciated because they will enable us to:
  • Provide educational programs, materials and events
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and consultation with other professionals in the fields of wolf biology, research, conservation, eco-tourism and environmental law.
  • Secure a Wolfwatcher Legal Fund to sustain potential engagement in litigation that challenges local, state and/or federal policies that affect wolf preservation.
