Ayurvedic healing is a many thousand year old medicinal system originating in India. It is based on a person's specific "dosha" type - dosha being your complete person, your constitution- what you think, how you act, your physical and emotional being. Your dosha is determined by a questionnaire you complete prior to your appointment (please arrive 15-30 minutes before Ayurvedic treatments). Dosha specific herbs, oils, and aromatherapy are then used to restore balance, beauty, health, and well-being.

Ayurvedic Herbal Body Treatment (80 minutes)
Restore vitality, youthfulness & calm with this unique spa body polish based on Ayurvedic principles. This divine body detoxifying experience begins with a aromatic crushed and warmed Ayurvedic herb body mask and continues with a gentle exfoliation and a dry brush massage to leave the skin soft and smooth. Next, a full body Indian style Abhyanga massage with warm herbal infused oils and a marma point massage complete this bodywork.
