New Rookie Session Coming Soon

Summer Camp at Hingham HS

The Rookie League (for players 5, 6 and 7 years old) begins another session the week of May 28th at Kress Field in Hingham.

All players will be placed on teams based on their practice preference time, which will remain the same for the four week session. Game time will vary between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Saturdays. All practices and games will last one hour. Practice times may be consolidated depending on requests.

There is no hitting off of a tee. Everyone will be hitting a pitched ball and players will be treated as if they can learn. Remember, it's not one of those Tee Ball leagues where everbody is safe all the time.

This league has launched the careers of thousands of players over the last 30 years and will continue to do so with it's focus on fun and safe baseball.

COST is $150 for Non Members and $125 for siblings of current SSBC Members.

SUMMER BASEBALL CAMP

Summer Camp for ages 5-14 will return to Hingham High School for the 35th year beginning the week of July 8th. There are four weeks to choose from. Separate sessions will begin on July 15, July 22 and July 29.

Coach Frank Niles and his talented staff will lead the instruction to assure a fun filled, safe and rewarding baseball experience.

Players 5-7 attend the half day program from 8:30 to 11:30 AM. All others attend from 8:30 to 2:30.

Why should a kid go to baseball camp?

COST is $250 for full day ($225 members) and $175 for the Half Day.
