Hello friends!

Can you believe summer is coming to an end?

I've been pining for cooler days and breezy evenings on the back patio with my four-legged buddy, Holly. After spending the last several months with part of our family in Montana (definitely cooler than a Texas summer) I have a full and grateful heart. Now, I'm beginning to feel ready to get back to our Texas routine and enjoy the changing colors of the fall season!

Cheers!

5 Things....

I'm going to share with you 5 things I've used and loved in my creative journey lately.

  • Jacquard Textile Color Extender After using colored pencils on fabric I paint this lightly over and it seals it nicely. Also, the fabric doesn't become stiff.
  • Roxanne Glue-Baste-It - I use this instead of pins or a glue stick. It holds fabric bits in place so well. Highly recommend!!
  • Seed Beads - I'm loving the color and texture tiny beads are adding to my projects. I need ALL the colors.
  • Thread Spool Savers - LOVE THESE! They keep threads already on a spool tucked and tidy. No more loose ends.
  • Bohin Leather Thimble - If you use a thimble when you stitch these are worth the investment. I wear one every time I stitch and this thimble holds up for the long haul.

These are linked for your ease; I don't

make any profit from your purchase.
