Grant Announcements & Active RFPs

We're excited to announce that we have been awarded several new grants that will further empower our projects and initiatives. Additionally, we have active Requests for Proposals (RFPs) open, and applications are now being accepted. We encourage local businesses and community partners to get involved and support our mission. Pride of Ticonderoga actively seeks Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Small, Disadvantaged, Veteran, and/or Disabled-Owned Businesses (SVDOS) for our procurement processes, promoting diversity and economic growth. We are committed to Section 3 compliance, providing opportunities for low- and very low-income individuals. Upholding Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), we ensure all hiring and contracting decisions are free from discrimination, fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.


Program Applications Open

Applications for our various programs are now open! We offer a range of housing grant programs. These include grants for emergency home repairs, major home rehabilitation, lead abatements, and manufactured housing replacement grants. These programs are funded by HCR, NYS CDBG for Essex and Washington Counties, HOME, RESTORE, and NYS MHRP. We are currently administering over 4.4 million dollars in grant programs.   5. DRI Projects Announcement: The official announcement of the Ticonderoga DRI projects includes several initiatives where PRIDE will play a crucial role in bringing positive changes to our community, including leading the grant administration of Full details here.

Support for Regional Growth: Over $5.4 million has been awarded to projects within the Catskill and Adirondack Parks, aimed at fostering affordable housing, recreation, environmental stewardship, and PRIDE's received a grant for $122,000 for Ticonderoga's Municipal Ice Rink to purchase a portable chillers.
