Bye-bye winter blues!
Hello Springtime hues!
“We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.”
~Maya Angelou
When I read this poem, I thought of the transition from winter to spring. When the colors of summer and fall disappear, it made me think of the caterpillar, which does not possess the beauty of the butterfly. Which led me to imagine all living things in a sort of limbo, resting and waiting for change like being in a cocoon, awaiting the beauty of springtime to emerge with the beauty of a butterfly.
I hope spring brings beauty and a fresh outlook when you emerge from the cocoon of winter.
