(If you're wondering, Cheek-Powell opened in its current location in August of 1996, so in 2026 we'll celebrate its 30th Anniversary). Thanks for being a part of our family and our history. How to play:
- Pick up your tracker at the Front Desk.
- After class, put a star sticker from the Front Desk on tracker (one per day).
- In the five weeks, get at least 25 stickers on your tracker.
- Return your tracker to the Front Desk to be entered into the chance drawing!
On May 6th, one completed tracker will be randomly chosen to win a BayCare Fitness Gift Bag, including a $50 lululemon gift card!

Bloomingdale's Cindy & Kana Brooks
Kana:
I have been coming to BayCare HealthHub for 4 years. My first experience was with Mark Oliver (Specially Fit). I was also involved in the Special Olympics. Then I trained with Brad, which led me to Leslie’s Pilates, which helped me with strength and coordination for tennis. I enjoy the other GroupEx classes as well. I love having massages with Chrissy! I have also experienced excellent care from Urgent Care and Labs.
Cindy:
I came to BayCare to see an Orthopedist and realized Kana’s insurance covered the Fitness Center. My husband Dennis and I had consults with trainers Brad and Tara, which led me to a Studio Pilates open house. I bought a package for me and for Kana, and from there we never stopped taking her classes. I can’t say enough about the quality of services BayCare has provided for us. I switched to having all my MRI’s and mammograms at BayCare. I have recommended the fitness center and other services to so many people!

Andrew Boltuch, DO is an orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. He received his medical degree from NOVA Southeastern COM in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and went on to his Orthopedic Residency at Largo Medical Center. BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILL instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
LES MILLS CORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
NOTE: all Les Mills classes are type "Strength", except for BODYCOMBAT and its hybrids. Find those in the "High Intensity" class type.
