RECAP OF SUCCESSFUL PAST EVENTS

FEBRUARY - FUNDRAISING EVENT

The Fashion Show was profitable and so fun for all who attended! The chosen charity received 20% of the proceeds and was donated to Sunshine Kids. Little 4-year old Isaac escorted our lady models down the stage with much delight. His comment to his mother was "it was the best day of his life." So, we did our part to brighten a child suffering with cancer to help put a smile on his face. That makes it ALL worth our efforts! 😄💖 The chinese raffle items were fantastic, Hilton provided us a delightful lunch, Susan Bennett gave us some laughs as the Voice Behind Siri, Fashions provided by Kay's on the beach were very exciting...and all of our awesome models were our own members!!! THANK YOU LADIES, SPONSORS AND JANET YON! Pam Hershberger and myself chaired this event.

REMINDER - OUR SOCIAL NETWORKING TAKES PLACE on the THIRD TUESDAY of every month from 5 - 7...Called Networking After 5. (There are only a couple of exceptions to this schedule - Jimmy Keys Comedy Show and the Downtown Christmas Parade). Social Networking Chair - Florice Hodges, Best Home Services.

FEBRUARY NETWORKING AFTER 5 -

February brought us to a joint venture with three WCR networks and Ronto Group was the generous Sponsor at Bonita Bay. We enjoyed wine and delicious edibles with a large attendance for the poolside event. Thank you Wanda Cross.

MARCH EVENT -

Seniors Resources Conference was a smashing success as our joint venture with NABOR's Professional Development committee. Guest speakers educated us on many important Senior subjects; Naples Seniors Center, Dr. Jaclyn Faffer, Estate Attorney, Edward Wollman, and Keith Dameron, Step Smart Collier. Kudos to Event Director Debbie Zvibleman and Chair, Lisa Rogstad who directed this informative breakfast event.

MARCH NETWORKING AFTER 5 -

March's networking social was sponsored by Stock Homes held at their location downtown to show us three gorgeous new construction homes. Happy hour was enjoyed with tasty treats and even gift prize drawings. Thank You Lynn Hurley.

APRIL EVENT -

Top Producer was held at the lovely Bay Colony Golf Club, and was such a success! Debra Trevick was the Chair, Theresa Ulrich Co-chair, and Karen Kohler, Sponsor Chair for this exciting special event and we celebrated 19 successful award winners. The entire affair was wonderful from beginning to end, and the awards were very exquisite. Look for these award winners in Ebella magazine October special real estate issue. Women's Council is very proud of each of you and your successes!

APRIL NETWORKING AFTER 5 -

Whiskey Park was our location to let our hair down and relax while enjoying karaoke. The karaoke will be enjoyed at a later date, but, THE FOOD AND CAMARADERIE WAS GREAT! Thank you Best Home Services for the generous donation of all of this food. WOW! We all really appreciate it!!!

MAY EVENT -

MAYOR BILL BARNETT was our guest speaker to discuss Hurricane Preparedness. JUNE 1ST starts hurricane season. Also, our affiliate, Marla Ottenstein, shared her hurricane checklist with us too. Download her Hurricane Checklist for Here * for your convenience and that of your customers.

The more people who are informed and prepared before disaster hits, the safer our community will be.

MAY NETWORKING AFTER 5 - MAY 21

SAGEWOOD INSTITUTE will be helping us relax at the end of our busy season with a "PAMPER ME" special event. Come and enjoy some beneficial services while we network and sip a little wine and niblets. Dr. Hernandez wants us to enjoy his new business venture and answer questions about how to improve our lives with Healthy Aging, Beauty and Wellness.

JUNE EVENT - JUNE 5

CONTRACT TO CLOSING - Panel discussion. Important information to navigate your deals with important information to make it successful.
