We are pleased to announce the Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation scholarship programs to provider financial help to students pursuing licenses as certified nursing assistant, licensed practical nurse, or registered nurse. The aim of this special program is to support the career advancement of health care workers by providing them with financial aid to grow both professionally and personally.
The scholarships will be awarded based on several qualifications, including being enrolled in a healthcare program, living in the catchment area, being in good academic standing, and demonstrating financial need.
Scholarships are available for the following categories:
- Up to $1,250 for students pursuing a license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Up to $5,000 for students pursuing a license as an Practical Nurse
- Up to $10,000 for students pursuing a license as a Registered Nurse
Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis.
After completing the program, individuals are encouraged to work at Parker, although a job offer is not guaranteed.
