Welcoming Nicole Turnier, MD

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Turnier to the RCBM team. Dr. Turnier completed her residency training at the University of California Los Angeles. Dr. Turnier enjoys bringing a humanistic approach to psychiatry and working closely with patients and their families. Clinical Research Opportunities

Our clinical research team is currently recruiting for the following trials:

Adult ADHD: If you are 18 years or older with a diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder, you may qualify to participate in a non-medication study using an at-home game-based digital therapy. Click here to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire for this study.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: If you are 18-65 and have severe fatigue lasting six months or longer that is not alleviated by rest, you may qualify for participation. Enrolled subjects will receive stipends for time and travel. Click here to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire for this study.

Congratulations to the 2023 winners of the Joel L. Young, MD Award for Excellence in Psychiatry!

This award is given annually to outstanding Wayne State School of Medicine senior medical students who have expressed an interest in pursuing psychiatry. The award, endowed by Dr. Young, is designed to encourage bright and promising medical students who will enter a career in neuroscience.

The awardees, Brandon Bartase, MD, Aditi Kappagantu, MD, Austin Nichols, MD, Kennedy Werner, MD, and Nicole White, MD, were recognized at the commencement ceremony on June 6 at the Fox Theater in Detroit.
