The Importance of Spiritual Cleansings
I want to take a few minutes to talk about spiritual cleansing. It is as important for us to be spiritually clean as it is to be physically
clean. Over time, our own negative thoughts and those of others, the drudgery of day to day life, and in extreme cases our environment can build up and cause us to feel unhappy, lethargic, physically ill and have all sorts of bad luck and misfortune in life.
I would like to personally invite you, your family members and friends to join me at The Spirit Within U for Spiritual Cleansing with Mayan Healer Sorayda

SMUDGE STICKS WHITE SAGE:
4" bundles of White Sage for your purification ritual. These smaller bundles are easier to manage when working in your own personal space.
ABALONE SHELL:
The Abalone shells are used in the Smudging ritual to balance the elements (i.e. fire, smoke or air, shell for water and the herbs themselves as the earth element.) These shells make a beautiful addition to any sacred space. You can burn incense, smudge with sage and hold your stones. Size varies: measures approx: 5.0" or larger.
FEATHER:
This Black Tipped White Feather is the perfect starter feather for your Smudging ritual.
SWEETGRASS:
Many Native tribes in North America use sweetgrass in prayer, smudging or purifying ceremonies and consider it a sacred plant. It is usually braided, dried, and burned. Sweetgrass braids smolder and doesn't produce an open flame when burned. Just as the sweet scent of this natural grass is attractive and pleasing to people, so is it attractive to good spirits. Sweetgrass is often burned at the beginning of a prayer or ceremony to attract positive energies.
PALO SANTO:
Palo Santo is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America and is related to Frankincense, Myrrh and Copal. In Spanish, the name literally means "Holy Wood".
Ceremonial Benefits
Palo Santo is burned in ceremonies by Shamans and Medicine people for its energetically cleansing and healing properties similar to Sage. It has been popularized and cherished by many because of its heavenly presence in Ayahuasca circles. It creates a pleasant, fresh smelling smoke with hints of mint and citrus that work well in keeping away mosquitoes and other flying insects. It provides an uplifting scent that raises your vibration in preparation for meditation and allows for a deeper connection to Source. It is also said that Palo Santo enhances creativity and brings good fortune to those who are open to its Magic.
RESINS:
Frankincense & Myrrh Granular Incense Mix 1oz
Though both frankincense and myrrh tend to bring up certain religious connotations to the western mind, they have been in active use as magical incenses, ritual tools and for their healing properties since at least 1500bc. Resin incenses are the top of the line in incense burning. Using incense charcoal as a base, you can release the intense fragrance of these fine resin granules -- without the dilution or alteration of scent caused by a burning base or the fixatives typical in man-made stick or cone incense. Frankincense Tears are known for their use in consecration, meditation, protection and purifying. Myrrh is known for: Protection, purification, healing and magical potency. Both are known for their use as a sacred tool in many cultures
FLORIDA WATER:
Florida water has a multitude of uses: Often it is used in doing ancestor work (both as a cleansing agent and as a scent that can be added to a glass of water on the ancestor altar, for example). Likewise, it makes a wonderful addition to spiritual baths and to wash-water for house cleansing
