Spirit Retreat

 Safe Haven Village
 

Come connect with spirit at Safe Haven Village where you can visit local ancient sacred sites with petraglyphs and listen to their stories. Experience a sweat lodge, walk a medicine wheel and tour a sustainable village in the making. Safe Haven Village is creating buildings made of the earth, permaculture, pit green houses, etc.

Date : Fri. June 7:  Set up camp & drum with the fire. 

           Sat. June 8: 8am- Breakfast

                                9am- Medicine wheel ceremony

                                10am- Adam's Temple Petraglyphs.

                                1pm - Lunch

                                2pm - prepare for sweat lodge

                                4pm - Sweat Lodge

                                7pm - Dinner

                                8pm - Drum with the fire             

         Sun. June 9: 8am- Breakfast
                                10am- Eve's temple
                                 noon - Lunch at Eve's temple
                                 3pm - closing ceremony.

Bring an instrument for the drum circle, songs, goddess ceremony and dance attire, tarot cards or anything else you want to share. Contact Renee if you have an activity or something you want to teach.

Code of Conduct
at Safe Haven
 
We welcome all who want to volunteer or visit Safe Haven. However, to keep Safe Haven Village safe, sacred and our version of "family friendly", we have a few requests:

1- Have Fun!
2- Take care of the land. Please try to stay on designated trails and roads.
3- Keep fires at designated fire pits.We don't want our hard work to go up it smoke!
4- There are no illegal drugs allowed.
5- There is no lewd behavior, or intoxication allowed.
6- Smoking in designated areas only. (Again, we want to keep our land safe from fires and we also want to keep the air clean for guests and respect those who do not smoke.)

A liability waiver will be required when you step onto the property.

Camping 
Camping is available on the property. Conditions are primitive. Tents,
trailers, RV's are welcome. Bring your own water.  You are welcome to go
to town nearby for toilet needs if you prefer not to use our bucket,
adding sawdust after yourself. Bring your own food or food to share
with the group as a potluck option. Directions.
