The Center for Military and Veterans Reintegration (CMVR) is a national initiative to close transition and reintegration gaps through localized integrated community-based veteran service providers commonly known as the 'Sea of Good Will." Members of the CMVR network work collaboratively to support Transitioning Military, Veterans, Guard, Reserves, and their families following the guidelines of the collective impact model.
