The Louisiana Special Education Advisory Panel is mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The purpose and charge of the Special Education Advisory Panel (SEAP) is to provide policy guidance with respect to special education and related services for children with disabilities in Louisiana.
