Dear Cathedral Congregation,

I pray you are well. 

This is a brief note to share with you that our Director of Music, Marianne Vogel, will be the musician for the House of Bishops Gathering in Texas this week. Marianne is supplying for Dent Davidson, who has served as Chaplain Musician for almost two decades and is unable to attend this meeting.  This is a last-minute development. 

Please note that a supply organist has been secured for our Cathedral for Sunday. I thank you in advance for your understanding and for rejoicing with me for this great opportunity for Marianne and for the House of Bishops to experience our extraordinary Director of Music. 

It gives me joy to share with Marianne a ministry that is very close to my heart.
