The Future 
Our human nature can tend to lean on the feelings of worry even though we know that the Scriptures holds true and that we are not to be anxious.  Below is a poem by Cora Baker Hall that I pray will give you peace if you have any doubts about the future...your future.
  
 " Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)

"There's an unknown path before me and yet I fear it not; I know through all the years gone by, whate'er has been my lot, that a kind and Heavenly Father planned out the way for me; and I know that in the future, watched over, I shall be.
Yes, I know God's care and kindness will ever with me stay to assist me on life's journey, and brighten up my way.

Richard Sherman's 90th Birthday!
This month is Disney Legend, Richard M. Sherman's 90th birthday!  I had the opportunity to be a part of his tribute concert by the Walt Disney Company.  This event was held at Disney's historic El Capitan Theatre and is a night I'll never forget.  Richard Sherman is one of the nicest people I have ever met and he was so encouraging about me and my playing.  I got to share the stage with Disney's House Organist, Rob Richards and with Richard Sherman's musical director, Richard Allen.  What fun we had!  At the end, Richard Sherman came up to the stage escorted by Mickey Mouse himself.  Below is a clip of our opener from that night.  Enjoy!

Celebration of Biblical Marriage
Last month I was asked to do a concert ministry event at Brentwood Baptist Church in Franklin, TN.  This event celebrated couples who made it to 50 years of marriage.  Only 6% of couples make it to 50 years of marriage for various reasons.  Below is a highlight video from this special event!
