Message from Grace Gallagher Executive Director, CKG Foundation

My New Year’s Resolution is to REVOLUTIONIZE how we think, talk, and live with our mental health. Whether it be we are in a good balance or if it feels as if we are drowning. The everyday ups and downs, the lonely and the light, the desperate and the resilient- all of it is precious and important.

Here is a revolutionary idea for setting your resolutions; Instead of making a list of “To-Dos,” what if you made a list of “To-Don’ts?” Resolve to pause, to be truly present, to stop participating in the things that do not serve your wellbeing. Shooting for the Stars in 2024!

As we reflect on our outreach to almost 20,000 individuals in 2023, we are taking aim at the 10th anniversary of our incorporation, which we will celebrate March 24, 2024. 10 years of stigma reduction. 10 years of providing positive coping skills. 10 years of Cameron’s vision. 10 years of SpeakingUp. To that end, CKG’s resources remain free of charge and we want to keep it that way, yet the demand for our resources has grown exponentially and expenses have increased by 25%. This is where we need YOU, our most amazing supporters and believers in the mission. Help us do more in 2024! Let’s Finish This!
