Self-Care Calendar

Engaging in a self-care routine has been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, increase happiness, and more. It can help you adapt to changes, build strong relationships, and recover from setbacks.

We encourage you to use this calendar to practice self-care all month long!

Community Fundraisers

Let's Cut The Stigma!

Private Style Salon is hosting a weeklong giveback to CKG from May 7-11. This applies to all services provided AND any gift cards purchased that week. Located in the Atlee area of Hanover, Private Style has served the community for the past 26 years. Owners Kym and Barry have recognized the need for CKG's message in the community, and we are honored by their partnership and generosity!

Godwin HS Active Minds Fun Run

Godwin High School is hosting a 1-mile Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, May 18th from 9-11 am. Sponsored by the Active Minds Club and No Eagle Left Behind, this event will bring light to the importance of taking care of your mental health and is open to the public. The organizers will generously donate 80% of the proceeds to the CKG Foundation. We are thrilled for how this group of students is showing their peers the importance of highlighting mental health!
