Winter Storm Heroes!

Our amazing member of our barn staff, Alicia Lartigue and dedicated volunteers, Brenda Heindl and Fred Appel have braved the winter storm to ensure our herd and facilities are taken care of during the winter storm this week! While they have stayed at the farm, our horses have been under the best care and we cannot thank them enough.

They are our therapy horse heroes and we are so grateful for their support of Southern Reins!

Diego Catches Some Z's!

One of our amazing therapy horses, Diego, soaked up some sun and enjoyed a bit of nap time in between lessons!

We love how Diego knows the balance between work, play and rest!

Dynamic Duo - Casey And Jazz!

Long time volunteer, Casey Deakins, shares a special moment with our amazing therapy horse, Jazz, before his lesson. We absolutely love the connections our horses and volunteers create with one another.

We cannot wait to experience all of the new connections made during our Winter Session!

Our mission is to serve individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities and hardship by providing equine-assisted service to empower, inspire, nurture and succeed.
