The Chi Shed
Can't find the perfect gift? Business owner, artist and creator Cheryl Wells has you covered. Opening her first store earlier this year in Downtown South Milwaukee, she is already working on expanding to a bigger space right across the street at 925 Milwaukee.
Cheryl can design and customize most products, such as, pillows, mugs, jewelry, coasters, tumblers, glass, and more. You can also design your own ornament with paint or markers or add a special photo.
The shop also has many other artists, including son David who creates anything you can imagine using chainmail. Stop in to also check out Jewelry by Deb, Wild Berry cone incense burners or the many other gift and accessories.
Extended December store hours are 12 - 8 PM, closed Sunday and Monday.

The Seafood Shack
Help welcome The Seafood Shack, a full-service bar and restaurant that opened late November. Owner Tyseria Griffin is a South Milwaukee alumni, opening her first Seafood Shack at Mayfair Mall and she knew she was ready for a second location.
As a long-time customer of the previous Island Jam, she was familiar with the space and knew it would be a great fit.
The family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner including late-night service. The menu includes catfish, perch, cod, shrimp and much more. There is a kid's menu too, but after 9 pm, adults-only please.
Tyseria's favorite dish is the Salmon Philly and she created her own Pink Lady Martini. She wanted to have a restaurant that appeals to the community, offering daily specials (Taco Tuesday and Wing Night Thurs, Yes!) plus happy hour food and drink specials. Stop in and enjoy!
