South Logan TOD Update – Public Hearing Scheduled for Wednesday, June 26

Dear Community Member,

A public hearing will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2024 for the Spokane Plan Commission to make a recommendation on the proposed area-specific and citywide Spokane Municipal Code text amendments related to the South Logan TOD Implementation. Members of the public who wish to speak at the hearing may sign up using the directions and link in the Plan Commission agenda packet, which will be available on the Plan Commission webpage under the Agendas dropdown. The public hearing will start at 4 p.m. in City Council Chambers at City Hall.

The proposed area-specific text amendments to the Spokane Municipal Code affect development within the South Logan Project Area only, while the proposed citywide text amendments affect development citywide, including properties with Center and Corridor zoning, properties with RMF/RHD zoning, and multifamily developments.
