South Logan TOD Implementation is seeking formal public comment on the proposed citywide and area-specific amendments to the Spokane Municipal Code. The public comment period begins today, May 17, 2024, and ends June 17, 2024, at 5 p.m. However, written comments will still be accepted up to the City Council public hearing.


At the conclusion of the public comment period, the City will review the proposed text amendments as appropriate based on the received feedback. Public comments will also be shared with the Spokane Plan Commission and City Council.


The text amendment tracking sheet and draft text amendments are available to view on the project webpage, under Implementation.

REMINDER: Project staff will be setting up a table outside of Arctos Coffee & Roasting Co. (1923 N. Hamilton St.) to chat with residents and visitors as they travel to, from, and through the project area. Grab a coffee and talk with a planner about the proposed text amendments and what they can mean for South Logan and beyond. Scheduled May 23 and June 1 from 9-11 a.m.

Plan Commission Workshop: May 22


South Logan TOD Implementation will be before the Spokane Plan Commission at its workshop on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the Council Briefing Center at City Hall.
