Seeking Public Comment


South Logan TOD Implementation is seeking formal public comment on the proposed citywide and area-specific amendments to the Spokane Municipal Code. The public comment period started May 17, 2024 and ends June 17, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. However, written comments will still be accepted up to the City Council public hearing. At the conclusion of the public comment period, the City will review the proposed text amendments as appropriate based on the received feedback. Public comments will also be shared with the Spokane Plan Commission and City Council.

Look Ahead: Public Hearing Scheduled June 26

At its last Workshop, the Spokane Plan Commission voted to schedule the proposed area-specific and citywide Spokane Municipal Code text amendments for a public hearing on June 26, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

Written comments will be given to Plan Commission to assist in their decision making and verbal testimony will be accepted at the hearing. After Plan Commission makes their recommendation, the proposed text amendments will go before City Council for the final decision. 

Plan Commission Workshop: June 12


South Logan TOD Implementation will be before the Spokane Plan Commission at its workshop on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the Council Briefing Center at City Hall.
