2023/24 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Docket

On March 25, 2024, City Council set the annual Comprehensive Plan Work Program for 2024, which included the City-sponsored proposal to amend the land uses and zones within the South Logan Study Area (Z24-105COMP) as called for in the South Logan TOD Plan. Plan Commission Workshop: April 24

South Logan TOD Implementation will be before the Spokane Plan Commission at its workshop on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the Council Briefing Center at City Hall. We will be discussing first drafts of the South Logan TOD Implementation text amendments.
