The Spokane Plan Commission at its June 26, 2024, public hearing unanimously recommended to approve the South Logan TOD Implementation code proposals in their entirety. The proposals include area-specific and citywide amendments to the Spokane Municipal Code to support transit-oriented development in the South Logan Subarea and beyond.

Next Steps


The recommendation of approval will be sent to City Council, with a public hearing anticipated at the end of July. Members of the public wishing to provide comments on the proposed code amendments can email SouthLoganTOD@spokanecity.org or sign up to testify at the City Council hearing.
